Allyson Kukel

She is an aviation expert with over 20 years of experience in programmed management, human factors, global partnerships, and safety culture. She focuses on simplifying complexity and creating environments that support alignment, purpose, and psychological safety for individuals and teams. She has co-founded Women in Aviation Training (WiAT), led the Training Leaders Summit with Emirates Airlines, and facilitated strategic forums at WATS and EATS.

A Harvard Women in Aviation Leadership Scholar and current Master’s student in Aviation Human Factors at Coventry University, Allyson helps leaders navigate change with clarity and confidence. Through her practice, Rooted in Calm, she supports individuals facing transitions or burnout, guiding them to reconnect with their motivation and lead with intention.
