Responsibilities
Ania Haddaoui is the Co-Founder of Women In Logistics, a consortium established to drive gender parity across the chemical logistics sector in Europe. Launched by Dow and H.Essers, and supported by ECTA and Cefic, the initiative brings together leading companies in the chemical logistics value chain. Focusing on leadership, drivers, and operators, Women in Logistics works through dedicated working groups, knowledge sharing, and advocacy to tackle urgent challenges, such as driver and labor shortages, and to reinforce and secure long term European competitiveness.
With over 15 years in purchasing and logistics, Ania has spent the last decade at Dow, where she leads the development and execution of the logistics sourcing strategy for Bulk Liquid Transportation across Europe. She is responsible for supplier relationship management, integrating ESG principles, and nurturing collaborative, high-impact partnerships.
Ania holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. She is committed to using her experience and leadership to empower women, drive systemic change, and help shape a more diverse, resilient logistics sector in Europe.
