Catriona Meehan

Catriona is the founder of Startingup PA, a consultancy launched in 2022 to advise startups and scale-ups on public affairs and strategic communications. She currently leads Public Affairs at Omio, a European travel tech company, where she aligns business priorities with regulatory developments and manages stakeholder engagement across the EU and beyond. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of policy, communications, and reputation, Catriona has worked across Europe and globally in sectors such as mobility, technology, and sustainability. She specialises in navigating complex political environments, shaping regulation, and building trusted relationships with decision-makers. She is particularly motivated by advancing inclusive, innovative, and forward-looking mobility systems, and serves as an Ambassador for the European Commission’s #DiversityInTransport initiative.
