She is a Civil Engineer specialized in Infrastructure and Transport Planning, currently working as R&D Manager for Mobility at Factual Consulting. Originally from Albania, she has lived and developed her professional career across Italy and Spain, bringing a multicultural perspective into her work.

She has extensive experience in European-funded transport and mobility projects, where she lead research and innovation activities in sustainable urban mobility, active mobility, electromobility, urban logistics, and data-driven transport solutions. Throughout her career, she has been strongly committed to promoting inclusive and accessible mobility systems that reflect the diversity of users and contribute to more equitable urban environments, recognizing the importance of cultural, social, and gender perspectives in transport planning and innovation.
