All economic operators wishing to participate in this negotiated procedure, please express your interest by e-mail at no later than 1 February 2017 at 23:59 to: MOVE-MARITIME-TRANSPORT-AND-SAFETYatec [dot] europa [dot] eu (MOVE-MARITIME-TRANSPORT-AND-SAFETY[at]ec[dot]europa[dot]eu)

Economic operators who do not express their interest before the deadline and to the address above will not be invited to submit an offer. The latter restriction will not apply to the possible minimum three economic operators directly invited by the Commission.

Indicative time for sending out the invitations: between 3 and 10 February 2017.
