In response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EU stands in solidarity with Ukraine. The EU is acting swiftly and decisively to put an end to Russia’s aggression by imposing wide-ranging sanctions and measures. As part of Mobility Package I, a new set of rules for the road transport sector became applicable across the EU. To help the sector correctly apply these rules, the Commission services prepared a set of guidance documents available here.
