In response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EU stands in solidarity with Ukraine. The EU is acting swiftly and decisively to put an end to Russia’s aggression by imposing wide-ranging sanctions and measures. New rules for the EU road transport sector
As part of Mobility Package I, a new set of rules for the road transport sector became applicable across the EU. To help the sector correctly apply these rules, the Commission services prepared a set of guidance documents available here.

The Commission has selected 135 transport infrastructure projects for EU grants, from 399 project proposals submitted under the CEF
Road transport agreements to secure supply chains were signed yesterday, together with an understanding on updating Ukraine’s indicative TEN-T network to improve infrastructure connections between Ukraine and EU.
