Neus Matamoros López

Neus is a Project Manager and regulation specialist at CARNET – Future Mobility Research Hub, with expertise in Innovation Law and New Technologies. She leads initiatives on Low Emission Zones and Mobility as a Service, ensuring effective project execution through KPI monitoring, resource coordination, and regulatory alignment. She plays a central role in the SPINE Horizon 2020 Project and contributes to shaping public transport through the analysis of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans.

She also co-authors the MaaS policy framework for the Mobility EU project and actively promotes gender equality in transport. As an organizer for the Women in Urban Mobility project and ambassador for the #DiversityInTransport Network, Neus fosters inclusive practices across the sector. Alongside her professional work, she is pursuing advanced studies in Legal Studies and Industrial Relations, staying at the forefront of legal and mobility innovation.
