Description
On 15 May 2026, European Commissioner for Sustainable Transport and Tourism, Apostolos Tzitzikostas, hosted a Youth policy dialogue in Athens, Greece. The dialogue brought together around 20 young participants from across the EU to exchange on the future of EU tourism.
Participants had the opportunity to engage directly with the Commissioner, to ask questions and to share their perspectives. The insights gathered from this exchange will contribute to shaping future policies and in particular the EU's upcoming Strategy for Sustainable Tourism, ensuring that the voices and priorities of young people are reflected in the development of EU initiatives.
