Eric Drésin is the Secretary General of ECTAA, the umbrella organisation of travel agents and tour operators across Europe, since September 2019.
His objective is to drive growth and competitiveness in the European travel industry with the support of an experienced staff and the expertise of member organisations from more than 30 countries.
By strengthening the voice of the travel agents and tour operators vis a vis the public authorities as well as cooperating with other stakeholders and partners, ECTAA is contributing to shape the debate in the European institutions and industry bodies.
