Romana Tomić, MA in Cultural Anthropology, is a Senior Associate at DEŠA – Dubrovnik, working on projects that safeguard cultural heritage and promote sustainable development, employability, and environmental protection.
She has extensive experience in designing and implementing educational programmes for all age groups, with a strong focus on the preservation of both tangible and intangible heritage, and is currently the project manager of the TUI Colourful Cultures Croatia initiative.
