Commissioner Bulc attends Regional Conference on the Investment Plan

EU Commissioner for Transport Violeta Bulc will outline her vision on how to boost investment in the transport sector at a Regional conference on the Investment Plan held in Ljubljana today and tomorrow. The conference will gather project promoters and institutional investors involved in the planning and financing of European transport infrastructure projects in the region. Participants will discuss how to make the best use of the opportunities provided under the Commission's Investment Plan for Europe and how to access the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI ) and the European Investment Advisory Hub (EIAH) . The possibility to blend EFSI support with funding from other EU programmes, such as the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) and the European Structural and Investments (ESIF) Funds, will also be addressed.
