Tamara Pejović

Dr. Tamara Pejović is Deputy Head of the Aviation Sustainability Unit at EUROCONTROL and an active member of the Agency’s internal diversity team. With over 20 years of experience in the aviation sector, she contributes to international initiatives such as NGAP, GAASP, and the joint EUROCONTROL-EASA DEI toolkit, developed under the EU Women in Transport Platform for Change. As President of AviAll – Aviation for All, a non-profit promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in aviation, she leads the flagship Aviation 4 Girls event to promote gender balance and inspire the next generation to pursue careers in aviation and STEM. She is deeply committed to building a more inclusive and representative transport sector for future generations.
