Definition
Road deaths by all transport accidents in the urban area on a yearly basis.
Parameter
Number of deaths within 30 days after the traffic accident as a corollary of the event per annum caused by urban transport per 100,000 inhabitants of the urban area.

For each parameter, the assessment takes into account both the administrative costs and the costs related to searching, acquisition and processing of the needed data; these can be high (“H”), medium (“M”) or low (“L”), or a combination of a pair of them.
