With over 10 years of experience in strategy development and project implementation, including 4 years at Ukrainian Railways and the last five years specializing in compliance and risk management, she is deeply committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity in transport. Her work focuses on upholding human rights and ensuring equitable access, particularly for veterans and underrepresented groups, within Ukraine’s state-owned enterprises in transport and defense. Drawing from invaluable experience managing transport systems during wartime, she advocates for veteran-friendly policies and accessible infrastructure.
