Sophie Staron

Dipl. Jur. Sophie Staron, LL.B., is a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law with a focus on transport law at the University of Mannheim. Additionally, she functions as editor of the interdisciplinary journal Logistik & Recht (Law and Logistics). As a young woman, she has set herself the main objective of drawing attention to a more balanced gender diversity in the transport sector. Given her legal and editorial background, she is keen to contribute to the further development of the sector, and to offer a platform for greater diversity by collaborating with other Ambassadors on a series of articles on the subject of 'Diversity in Transport'.
