She is passionate about embedding accessibility within the wider diversity agenda in transport. As Deputy Coordinator of the EU TRIPS project, she worked to ensure the meaningful engagement of persons with disabilities in the innovation process, and since then she has collaborated with leading organisations such as STA, UITP and PAVE to promote the operationalisation of disability rights in mobility.

Her professional path also includes work with Transport for London, where she deepened her understanding of inclusive transport operations. A well-seasoned researcher with a business and IT background, she combines technical insight with policy expertise. She is a strong advocate of design for all and have consistently highlighted accessibility as a central dimension of social sustainability. Her contributions extend to EU institutions and committees, including the JRC, AccessibleEU and the European Economic and Social Committee. She has also published on accessibility, AI and related topics, reflecting a commitment to evidence-based practice (publications). Through this blend of academic, professional and advocacy experience, she aims to advance diversity in transport and help deliver inclusive systems that serve everyone.
