Ellas Vuelan Alto is an association founded in 2018 by women from the Spanish aerospace sector. Its mission is to promote gender equality across the aerospace industry by showcasing the valuable contributions of women and advocating for equal opportunities throughout the sector, in line with the principles of the United Nations Charter on equality.
Our efforts are focused on:
- Achieving gender equality
- Empowering women in aerospace and working towards the eradication of discrimination.
- Increasing women’s representation in public and professional spheres through projects that elevate their visibility and recognise their expertise and achievements.
