Fair Winds
By organisations in the Swedish shipping sector
The Fair Winds project is a collaboration between several organisations in the Swedish shipping sector. The objective of the action is to create a shipping sector with world class work environment with a zero vision of harassment and discrimination. The project´s target group is everyone working in the shipping sector in Sweden.
The key activities within the project are:
- Common policy
- Regularly open workshops and seminar
- Include harassment in the basic safety training
- Research project about best practice
- Discussion and training material for companies to use on meetings
- Information material
- Collection of KPI and yearly report
- Share knowledge about the project to others
- Share best practice
- Free web-based training through Shipgaz training
