The tendering of Public Service Contracts for rail passengers transport: Meeting the challenge

Following on from the fourth railway package, the European Commission organised a workshop on the opening of markets for public service transport on the 30th of May. 120 representatives of the competent transport authorities from all Member States and other stakeholders came together to share their experience and best practices. The results of this workshop will help make rail passenger market opening a success.
