Registration
Our event is free of charge for participants joining virtually or onsite. However, in order to join our event, we ask you to register with us.
Please note the following steps when registering:
- When you click on register, you will be first directed to complete your EU Login account.
- Once you have been authenticated, you will be redirected to our registration page to fill in your details.
- Once you have registered, you will receive an email stating that your registration has been received.
- Next, a member of our team will approve your registration.
- Your registration will only be confirmed once you receive a final confirmation email from us.
More information on our event will be sent to confirmed and registered attendees over email.
Conference sessions
Please note that in our registration form, we invite you to indicate your interest to joining sessions or workshops throughout the conference. On the day of the event, attendance at the open sessions and workshops will be on a first come, first serve basis as places are limited. For those that have indicated their interest to participate in a closed session, a member of our team will check your name and attendance at the door of that session.
Our final programme is in the process of being confirmed, and some of the timings may be subject to change. A final schedule of the programme will be shared to all confirmed and registered attendees closer to the event date.
We will be taking photos throughout our conference sessions. For those that have not consented to being photographed onsite, we will be providing you a different coloured lanyard upon registration, so you are easily identified by our photographer. For those that are joining virtually and have requested to not be photographed, we ask that you do not put your camera on during our session.
