In response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the EU stands in solidarity with Ukraine. The EU is acting swiftly and decisively to put an end to Russia’s aggression by imposing wide-ranging sanctions and measures. In parallel, it is supporting the Ukrainian people by providing financial, military and humanitarian assistance. This page collects information on transport measures.

Transport Research Arena (TRA) is the foremost European transport event that covers all transport modes and all aspects of mobility. It is the largest European research and technology conference on transport and mobility.

The theme for TRA 2024 is “Transport Transitions: Advancing Sustainable and Inclusive Mobility”.

Connecting Europe Days will bring together politicians, financial institutions, industry representatives, transport stakeholders and the European Commission to discuss concrete measures and exchange good practices on creating a fully decarbonised, resilient, seamless and digital transport and mobility network in Europe. It will take stock of the ambitious goals set out in the EU Green Deal and the Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy.
